Returns & Refunds policy

At Digismart Business Center, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing, business support, and creative services to our clients. Please review this policy carefully before engaging our services, as it outlines our terms regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Nature of Services
Digismart Business Center provides customized digital marketing, consulting, branding, website development, and other professional business services. Because these services are non-tangible and tailored specifically to each client, returns are not applicable.

Completed Services – No Refunds
Once a service, project, campaign, or deliverable has been fully completed and delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Completion includes delivery of agreed-upon work or final digital assets, completion of marketing campaigns, website development, or consultations, and fulfillment of the scope outlined in the agreement or invoice. By engaging Digismart Business Center’s services, you acknowledge that completed services are final and non-refundable.

Work in Progress
All payments are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes planning, research, consultations, strategy development, content creation, design work, or campaign setup. If a project is terminated after work has started but before completion, no refunds will be issued for work already performed.

Project Deposits
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Deposits secure scheduling, resources, and team allocation specifically reserved for your project.

Cancellations
Cancellation requests made before work begins may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Digismart Business Center and may be subject to administrative or consultation fees. Cancellations requested after work has begun or after services are completed are not eligible for refunds.

Monthly Services & Retainers
For subscription-based services or monthly retainers, clients must provide written notice at least 14–30 days prior to the next billing cycle to cancel services. No refunds will be issued for the current or previous billing periods, and services will continue through the end of the paid billing cycle.

Revisions & Client Satisfaction
Refunds will not be issued due to subjective dissatisfaction, creative preferences, or changes in client expectations. Revisions will only be provided according to the scope outlined in the service agreement.

Chargebacks & Disputes
Clients agree to contact Digismart Business Center directly to resolve concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and restriction from future engagements.

Policy Updates
Digismart Business Center reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on our website.
